The Company:
A major Oil and Gas Operator for an Offshore project.

Locations:
Paris: year 2014
Geoje/South Korea: Jan 2015 - Feb 2016
Norway: from March 2016

The Role:
The main responsibilities will be to:
- support the Project Quality Manager in establishing, implementing and auditing company PQMS within the Platform package
- assure by review and audit Topsides contractor’s quality programmes for effective implementation
- to be in overall charge of all Company quality assurance activities associated with the Topsides work package
- to advise the company project team on all quality-related matters relating to the Topsides scope


Activities:
- To develop and maintain company project specific quality management system in relation to Topsides scope.
- To assist company project team members with the development and implementation of procedures for key processes.
- To advise company package and quality managers on all aspects of quality.
- To conduct desktop and field assessments of vendors and subcontractors.
- To review and approve Contractor’s quality plans, ITPs, audit schedules, etc. to ensure that the contractor establishes an acceptable programme of quality assurance, quality control and quality surveillance activities in accordance with Contract requirements.
- To review Contractor’s engineering procedures to ensure logical process flow, design planning, design verification, quality control and logical interfaces with procurement and construction.
- To review contractor’s procurement procedures to ensure logical process flow and interfaces with engineering and construction and monitor the procurement process to ensure Contractor has adequately assessed and implemented quality assurance and control requirements on subciontractors and suppliers.
- To review Contractor’s construction management procedures to ensure logical process flow and logical interfaces with engineering, procurement, instalation and commissioning.
- To review Contractor’s hook-up and commissioning procedures to ensure appropriate level of quality assurance and control.
- To maintain an audit report tracking database, expedite responses and issue regular reports.
- To conduct/observe internal audits and audits on Topsides contractor and key equipment suppliers during engineering, procurement, construction and installation activities.
- To ensure Contractor develops and implements a suitable non-conformance and corrective action programme and to analyse cases of non-conformance and recommend corrective action and opportunities for improvement to management.
- To ensure Contractor establishes and system to identify and control all required documentation from design through to final records and present these to Company in accordance with Contract requirements.
- To produce weekly/monthly reports on QA/QC trend indicators and statistics.
- To manage the quality training plan for the Company topside team members.
- To manage internal and follow Topside Contractor quality key performance indicators.
- Act as risk champion of the topsides package facilitating and expediting the package risk process.
- Act as Rex champion for the topsides package facilitating and expediting experience transfer activities.

The Topside package includes:
- Living quarters
- Utility module
- Process and Wellbay module
- Flare module

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
IRCA registered auditor with extensive experience in auditing EPC contractors’ engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
Graduate engineer with at least 10 years’ experience in major oil & gas projects.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) with good communication skills; ability to work in a multicultural environment.
Experience with Total QA requirements
Experience with Norwegian regulations and NORSOK standards
Located in Paris during design and procument phase, S. Korea for Construction and Norway for HUC.
