The Company:
One of leading in oil and gas industry.

The Role:
•Plan and implement compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Responsible for reviewing programs, suggesting modifications, and ensuring achievement of competitive market position and other goals identified by the Thailand organization. Responsible for ensuring programs meet employee needs, comply with legal requirements, enhance the organization’s ability to recruit and retain employees and are cost effective.
•Initiate and execute the leading edge competitive practices to ensure that the TR strategic plan for the BU/Department is aligned with the Chevron Compensation Philosophy and support business strategies and direction. Responsible for annual salary survey, salary structure development to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
•Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to advise and implement the changes related to relevant issues such as job evaluation, career ladders validation and implementation.
•Provide TR consultations to Employee Relations and Legal in regard to Labor Union demand negotiation and Employee Committee..
•Represent the Company to work with external organizations and government agencies regarding the local benefit regulations to develop a proposal and the best practices for the oil& gas industry e.g. Workmen Compensation Fund Act, Social Security Fund Act, and the new Labor Protection Acts etc.
•Negotiate contacts with vendors and keep monitoring their performance in a way to provide maximum benefits to the company.
•Lead change management and communication to for new or changes to the existing compensation and benefit programs.
•Sets up team goals / objectives / strategy; manages and develops team members, manages team members’ assignment & performance / PMP to achieve team goals / objectives and manages the approved operation budget

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree or higher in HR or related fields
•Working experience at least 8 years in Total Remuneration
•At least 5 years’ experience in supervisory position
•Fluent in Speaking and Writing English (equivalent to TOEIC score at 700-800)
•Good interpersonal skill, analytical skill, and team work
