The Role:
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Provide professional advices and consulting services related to compensation, benefits and other related issues to internal stakeholders
• Gather and provide job content data to support decisions and explains procedures concerning the classification process job evaluation. Evaluate and classify positions utilizing company job evaluation methodology
• Support participation in salary and benefits surveys to determine competitive market relationship by initiating, gathering information, and interpreting the data. Perform complex survey analysis and interpretation of data to recommend salary structure changes. Analyzes industry and demographic trends to recommend and deploy plan design changes to stay abreast of industry compensation and benefits trends to maintain a competitive package

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field
• 10 years of experiences in HR professional area or 5 years of experiences in compensation and benefits, salary survey and job evaluation in relevant business/industry
• Good knowledge of computer literacy and possess analytical skill
• Excellent in English both in written and oral communication
