1. Be the champion for marketing and sales of structural market analysis
* Building up of the DA (distribution analysis) together with the sales team
* Definition of E1 reconcile with the DA together with product marketing
2. Contribute to the definition of the distribution strategy for the Division
* Follow up of customer sales plan
* Co-creation of NPAs with sales ( New Projects acquisition) and follow up with LOBs and IBs
* Marketing contributor to the preparation of the sales budget and yearly listings
3. Co-defines with product & service marketing the marketing plan, coordinate local activities in accordance
* Commitment on product & price approach
* Common definition of promotion, communication activities related to product lines
* Common definition of services and sales animation cross product lines
* Coordination of local deployment with field marketers and trainers, detection of synergies between areas
* Definition and follow up of key customers, and according tailor made marketing plans if any.
4. Liaises with product marketing manager and PMs for sales and marketing operational work :
* Day to day coordination
* Monthly corrective action plans according to monthly results & follow up with sales
5. Make contribution to pricing approach.
* Contribution to negotiations ( towards purchasing department, IBs or LOBs)
* Contribution to the yearly price list exercise
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Product Marketing experience at least 3 years, preferably in an international context
Sales experience in an international context at least 3 years.
Knowledge of automobile environment
Experience in project management appreciated
Fluent Thai and English
