The Company:
Our client is a highly reputable EPCM, offering engineering led asset support to onshore and offshore oil & gas facilities, utilizing global expertise.

The Role:
A number of Operations Trainers and Assessors are required to report to the Contract Manager, to;

- Deliver the training and assessor competence requirements
- Manage and control upstream training and competency development
- Implement and maintain intregrated training and competence services to a satisfactory level
- Assess Operations staff
- Work closely with Traning and Competency Assurance Team to ensure best practice strategies are implemented
- Meet deadlines and timeframes
- Ensure safe learning environment

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Trade or Engineering background
- Operational based experience
- Oil & gas experience (ideally CSG)
- 2+ years in training and assessing field
- Strong communication skills - ability to interact with clients
- Knowledge of computer programs (Microsoft Suite)

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Cert IV in Training or Engineering qualifications
- Upstream experience
- Isolation training experience
- Auditing experience
