The Role:

1. Coordinate with the Training Administration team on relevant work to the assigned training courses / areas such as participants' reschedule, ensuring the refresher or pe-requisite, vendor (if any), course announcement, participant roster, pre-work to the training, etc.

2. Conduct and / or facilitate training courses within assigned training section ( ERT )

3. Coach and mentor less experienced Trainers in order to achieve the agreed development plan for each individual.

4. Perform quarterly Trainers' Evaluations and advise on necessary improvements in order to contribute to the continuous improvement of trainers.

5. Conduct and solicit a monthly, quarterly, annual or training course basis evaluations into the comprehensive report and make recommendations to ensure company’s standard through continuous improvement in the following aspects:
- lesson plans
- teaching techniques against target participants
- learning environment and
- course evaluations or questionnaires
- formal training aids
- oral, written and practical pre-post test
- training standards, procedures and strategies
- training facilities and other logistics

6. Review and analyze training evaluation and make recommendations for improving training courses as necessary to ensure training quality and standards meet the company's requirements.

7. Proactively connect with the Operations, OE or relevant stakeholders to solicit or seek the training / development needs arisen from key stakeholders and information sources such as, but not limited to, audit reports, investigation report, management report, council discussion notes, projects, pre-post assessment and etc.

8. Develop curriculum and lesson plans for the assigned subjects and / or training areas.

9. Coordinate with Training Coordinator in establishing the training plan of the assigned training area.

10. Proactively keep update with the relevant knowledge, technology and trends related to the assigned training areas.

11. Proactively perform any other training / development duties which contribute to building the organizational capability as appropriate or assigned.

12. In subject matter expert area, conduct periodically the audit on site to identify the gaps of procedure and practices , if any, and provide consultancy in closing the gap then recommend the action or areas for improvement to related guideline, procedure, design and /or course outline as appropriate.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
(Education, Work Experience, English and Computer Skills)
• Diploma of minimum 5 years related work experience.
• Experience in the petroleum industry is preferred.
• Fluent in English with TOEIC score at least 700
• Ability to work collaboratively and innovatively as well as process-oriented.
