The Company:
Client's business interests cover ship-owning and operating, logistics and warehousing, transportation of dry and wet bulk goods, shipyards and offshore engineering.

The Role:
Conduct HSQE training for officers/ crews in classroom session or on board vessels during port calls
Prepare training materials
Comply with Company marine standards/procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations to the project.
Work closely with HSQE department to set up training for crew as needed.
Track record of training results
Implement additional training

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree in occupation, safety and health preferred
Minimum of 5 years' experience as Master/ Chief Officer – AHTS/ Support/Offshore Construction Barge/Accommodation Barge/8-point moorings
Minimum 5 years experience in Oil and Gas industry
Proven record of achievement within marine operations
Strong knowledge of charterer policies and regulation
Speaks fluently Thai and English
Detailed knowledge of ISM/ISPS/ MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, IMDG codes and practices
Experience and knowledge of a wide range of offshore support vessels, logistic vessels, and offloading operations
Experience in training crew or shore personnel
Knowledge in safety, procedures, regulation in the Offshore Marine industry
Good computer skills in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Internet
