The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Training Administrator to provide assistance to their established project training team for an initial 6 Month contract based in Perth. This is an opportunity to be a part of world-class project being the first of a kind and leading the way in the Australian Oil and Gas industry. The positive and proactive candidate will have existing Oil and Gas industry exposure and report into the Technical Training Advisor.
As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Actively manage the flow, approval and storage of training documents.
  • Provide general administrative and document management support.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to create and maintain key databases and training records.
  • Responsible for data records management and the data transfer process.
  • Managing the logistics for the External Training Provider.
  • Collate, catalogue, store and maintain training documents.
  • Review and format training and assessment documents.
  • Raise controlled document numbers.
  • Effectively track document handovers between stakeholders.
  • Travel Arrangements and team support.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:

  • At least 4 to 6 years minimum experience in a training administrative or similar position.
  • Relevant Bachelors' degree.
  • Essential CMS, LMS system experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Previous Oil and Gas industry experience.
  • Previous experience with document management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven knowledge in successfully managing multiple stakeholder relationships with competing demands and activities at short notice.
