The Role:
Accountabilities and End Results:
Accountable for the efficient co-ordination and planning of course bookings, training needs analysis, competence assurance system administration, skills development of all production operations staff resulting in a fully compliant workforce.

Primary Functions:

* In accordance with Management System Processes and Procedures ensure workforce is competent to levels required
* Build Offshore and Onshore Gas Terminal corporate requirements training plan
* Optimise Offshore & Gas Terminal discipline training plan
* Annual Review of Offshore & Gas Terminal discipline training plans
* Manage delivery of the combined agreed training plans above
* Process training requests, course bookings, issue of joining instructions etc
* Proficient with SAP, creating requisitions, reviewing invoices
* Liase with training providers to produce bespoke courses for business needs
* Carry out individual training needs analysis
* Identify gaps and ensure plan is in place to close
* Audit individual training profiles
* Liaise with Competence Assurance Management Advisor to resolve competency issues
* Ensure integrity of Competence Assurance Management System and provide support to users

Critical Skills:

1. Core Technical Experience
* Working knowledge of Offshore Legislative requirements
* Working knowledge of SAP
* Well-developed IT skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential.


2. Personal Characteristics
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritise heavy workload
* Excellent organisation skills
* Good communications, networking, facilitation and presentation skills.
* Ability to communicate at all levels
* Self-developer, active learner
