The Role:


Provide administrative support to Field Teams to assist in onboarding new staff and arranging training as required to meet company standards.


Provide backup support to the Competence Assurance Team.

Principle Accountabilities:

Act as local Subject Matter Expert for:

Onboarding Process for all Operations / Shift Personnel Training Booking Process for all Operations / Shift Personnel
Act as Primary Support Contact for all Operations / Shift Personnel to assist in ensuring: Onboarding process is optimised for personnel (where improvement areas are identified these are fed back into the process)
Training Request interface between field teams, training administrator NIIT and Learning & Development is optimised.
Act as key interface between Learning and Development Systems and Competence Update Team (Identify any broken linkages between competence requirement and training available and initiate repair)

Secondary Accountabilities:

Provide Competence Update Focal Point cover:
• To act as the first point of contact for users of Authorised Persons Registers (APR), KOS and the new Global Competence Management Tool (when available).
• To act as Liaison with all Contractor Competence Assurance Focal Points for APR updates. • To maintain the teams MoC register for changes to the Surface Operations Staff Competence Standard, Work Instructions, ISSOW and ODT.
• Support Competence Portal change request process Facilitate meetings, workshops and events as required.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Production / Engineering document management experience.
Experience of competence / training adminstration preferred but not essential.
Skilled and experience in technical support and administration, Q.A. and K.P.I.s Ability to communicate / liaise at all organisational levels to resolve issues.
