The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects.
1. Registering training courses through SAP based on training demands and requirements.
2. Receiving and filtering all training demands from the client’s departments and updating Talent Management regularly.
3. Coordinating with the Logistics Team of Planning and Support Group for arranging all training logistical needs.
4. Coordinating with Procurement and Logistics Team of Planning & Support Group in finding and confirming available service providers and trainers.
5. Scheduling training sessions and coordinating for any changes on the training schedule.
6. Preparing reports on training accomplishment on a monthly basis.
7. Cascading to all client departments/employees for upcoming training events.
8. Keeping record of trainer evaluations and attendance sheets and updating training record of all employees.
9. Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Diploma in related Human Resources or BA major.
• Fluent in English communication, good in MS Office and well known of SAP system.
