The Role:
- Responsible for designing quality training programs for operations, maintenance, laboratory and other technical staff for a Greenfield refinery in Vietnam.
- He/She will be responsible for managing a team of coordinators, training analysts, advisors, Desk top publishers and graphics personnel who will be responsible for development and delivery of the technical training programs.
- He/She will report to the Training Manager.
- He/She will reside in Vietnam (Hanoi, non rotational) where the project is located.
- Project assignment is for 27 months.

Experience:
• Must be proficient in written and vocal communications in English
• Must have at least 5 years of operations or process engineering experience in process industry – preferably in a refinery setting
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in development of training content in a process industry – preferably for operations division.
• Must have 3 years of experience delivered training to technical staff.
• Is proficient in MS Word, EXCEL, and Power Point
• Has managed a team of at least 5 personnel
• Can effectively communicate to a variety of audiences (management, process engineers, operations, maintenance)
• Can handle multiple tasks and requests in a dynamically changing environment
• Has executed projects in an international environment
