The Role:
I am currently recruiting for a Training Designer & Facilitator to work for my leading client based in Qatar.

Plan, design and facilitate, in-house non-technical training programs pursuant to the Corporate Annual Training Plan to close competence and performance gaps and meet business needs. Evaluate gap closure interventions and report on the effectiveness.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)
The post holder works under the auspices of the Training and Education Head. Position holder will have a significant degree of independence in planning and organizing work and in delivering the required outputs.

The post holder is expected to exercise independent and sound judgment and work within the context of established policies and guideline

The company operates in a diverse workforce environment. This presents particular challenges as position holder will be involved in more complex and sensitive issues and is required to formulate solutions in appropriate ways based on functional and professional knowledge, expertise and best practices to be able to deliver high level advice and solutions.

Strong facilitation skills to be able to design and deliver training programs for adult learning environment to address training needs using accelerated learning techniques.

Requires strong initiative, commitment and interpersonal skills to plan, supervise and / or coordinate delivery of non technical / generic and customised training conducted in-house.

All the above the above will be delivered to all departments including Operations, maintenance and engineering.
