The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
• Plan, control and communication of the WST Document Management System Training Schedule
• Support the preparation of course schedules/calendars and co-ordinate the delivery of these training courses/workshops
• Co-ordinate (and confirm) trainers/assessors,room/venue and equipment hire and catering requirements to meet training course schedules
• Confirm suitable venues for the delivery of training courses/workshops and arrange appropriate accommodation, travel and transport of resources when required
• Co-ordination of course participation through the Project
• Co-ordinate the preparation of name tags, sign in sheets and course material and course evaluation forms
• Manage and co-ordinate the distribution of learning materials (and ensure version control) and co-ordinate the reproduction of materials to ensure adequate stock for upcoming programs. The approach is broadly expected to be in relation to the Training Schedule Scope. The establishment of the document that will be the source of reference that covers the scheduling of the following:
• UAT training
• UAT attendance
• Train the Trainer
• Manager one-on-one training
• General Business User training
• Expert User Training
• Information and demonstration sessions for all delivery streams in Perth
• Information and demonstration sessions for remote site locations
• Lunch and Learns in downstream in Houston
• Trainer support roster
• Support Floor-walk schedule for all three delivery streams post training
• Compile training evaluation The approved schedule of these each of these items will be considered a milestone in the delivery of the overall piece of work. Key document deliverables are as follows:
• Training Schedule
• Training Logistics Plan • Training & Travel Support Plan Key Relationship Interaction: The scheduler will be required to liaise with the Business Managers, Project Manager, Change & Training Lead, IM Coordinators, SharePoint Lead and members of the training team to determine:
• Capacity
• Workload
• Contingency
• Handling multiple locations
• Handling concurrent training sessions
• Logistics
• Equipment
• Rooms
• LMS course set up

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University BSc or equivalent
Standard office tool. DMS Experience. IT Training background.
Strong communication both verbal and written, organised, attention to detail, good management skills (influencing, negotiation, delegation)
