Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity is now available for an experienced Training Specialist to join this successful Training team which is based in the CBD. In this role you will be responsible for the following;

• Develop and maintain Training Needs Analysis and Competency Profile for JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Users.
• Liaise with LNG Competency Assurance Team and Learning Management System (LMS) group to ensure profiles and LMS events are current and available.
• Liaise with Operations and Facilities Engineering (FE) Stakeholders to develop and maintain end user training program for staff using the JDE EAM module.
• JDE EAM End User Training Execution
• Manage and maintain development of JDE EAM End User Training Materials such as Lesson Plans, Course Outlines, Quick Reference Guides, Training Modules, Computer Based Training modules.
• Align training materials to SERIP guidelines and processes as per the “Maintain Facilities” suite of documentation.
• Ensure Surface Equipment Reliability Integrity Process (SERIP) is reinforced through training efforts.
• Deliver JDE Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) training via classroom, remote access, and telephone support, coaching and mentoring to a wide and varied audience who are in remote locations working in a high pressure environment.
• Source additional end user trainers to participate in training campaigns as required.
• Ensure end user training records are updated against their competency profile in LMS and against the Operations competency matrix.
• Liaise with CMMS Administrator over security/access permissions for users that have completed minimum training requirements.
• Continue running the CMMS Overview monthly session and review content regularly.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this role you will demonstrate the following;
• 3-5 years experience in a similar position ideally within Oil & Gas.
• A Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) in IT, Engineering or Communications or a trade certificate in Mechanical, Electrical or Instrument disciplines.
• Strong Maintenance, Operations or a Engineering Background.
• Strong Interpersonal experience.
• Strong Knowledge of CMM S Work Management processes.
• Ability to coordinate and organise training courses for many people.
• Cert IV in Training

Position is for 12 months, based in Perth, working 8 hours per day.
