The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
A contract position has become available for a Transition Coordinator to join a leading Oil and Gas Operator on a major project.

Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Support development and implementation of the Project Transition Plan and governance structure and decision-making process.
- Monitor and report progress on execution of the Project Transition Plan and deliverables in the integrated schedule, including action tracking and risk reviews to address and close issues.
- Facilitate agreements between Project stakeholders to define handover readiness criteria and readiness checklists for handover of Project assets and services, and resolve transition issues. Apply management of change processes to transition plan as required.
- Interface with Project stakeholders to develop and implement an integrated assurance plan to address Project Transition assurance requirements. Interface with Project stakeholders to develop workflow maps representing readiness verification points.
- Facilitate sessions to capture and report lessons learned from transition.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be degree qualified or commensurate work experience, and have 10+ years in facilitation/ consulting roles

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Facilitation skills
- Customer relationship skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
