The Company:
Our global leading client is seeking highly skilled, experienced & capable contract international employees to work on a large multinational complex oil & gas project.

The Role:
KEY ROLE

To assist in the management of the Installation Contractor to achieve the AZERI Project objectives and schedule. To be a member of the company Installation personnel leading to a safe and efficient installation offshore execution to agreed HSE and Quality standards


RESPONSIBILITIES & OBJECTIVES

• Maintain awareness and promote project goals in respect of HSE, Budget, Schedule, and Technical Integrity.
• Lead by example in HSE, Quality and open communication within team and Contractors.
• Keep the T + I Manager informed of the key issues within the area of responsibility.
• Support the objectives of the T + I Manager as required.
• Work with the design group, interface with others in the construction groups (Jackets, Topsides & Pipelines), operations and contractors PMT to ensure the project’s Azeri project requirements are met and delivered on time.
• Input into the Tender review and evaluation for future installation contracts.
• Work with relevant parties to ensure contractor commitment to AIOC Project objectives and goals.
• Support the interfaces between the project, the partners, Marine Warranty Surveyor, Jacket Deck and Pipelines contractor and sub-contractors.
• Assist with effective management of the installation contract and work in harmony with all the relevant third parties.
• Support the CCF.
• Ensure that lessons learned are appropriately considered in the T + I engineering activities.
• Challenge Design change.
• Anticipate and identify adverse trends/events throughout the engineering/installation periods and work with the relevant parties to avoid them or achieve timely resolution.
• Assist in National Personnel training
• Mentoring of new team members
• Support teamworking and harmony.
