This position reports to the Business Services Co-ordinator.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF ROLE
To provide a professional and efficient reception service at Stockton Office, ensuring that all internal and external customers and colleagues feel welcomed and are dealt with in a professional manner and that all queries are answered in a prompt and helpful way.
Manage a high volume of travel requirements to include but not limited to rail, air travel, taxi bookings, accommodation and hire cars.
Responsible for the main switchboard ensuring calls are answered in a timely manner and forward to the appropriate person.
To ensure a tidy, professional and welcoming reception environment at all times.
Provision of excellent customer service and positive promotion of px at all times.
To manage incoming and outgoing mail including special delivery, courier and airmail.
As required to undertake a range of administrative duties to a high standard including:
Formatting & printing of documents
Catering requirements for meetings and/or visitors
Ordering and maintaining of stationery stocks and supplies
Raising purchase orders
Booking offsite conferences
To arrange new starter inductions.
To provide support to other departments as required.
Assist with fire alarm testing on a weekly basis and undertake fire warden duties.
To portray the role of Business Services Administrator in a positive and professional manner.
