The Role:
-Providing coordination of travel and accommodation in accordance with the requirements
-Managing and booking all temporary accommodation for FIFO workers
-Taking accountability in organising all domestic, international and site travel for FIFO workers
-Mobilising and demobilising personnel
-Ensure relevant travel registers are kept up to date
-Managing the allocation of vehicles available to site personnel

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- at least three - five years in an administrative support role with exposure to the same industry or a similar project enviroenvironment
- be highly competent with MS Office suite,
-excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- the ability to perform well under pressure
- demonstrated strong interpersonal and relationship building skills,
- be able to maintain professionalism in dealing with project staff and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- ability to work autonomously, show initiative and decision making skills
- exceptional organisational and time management skills.
