The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Travel Assistant to join our client for a contract, to be accountable for managing and further developing project travel processes and procedures. This is a part time position, days of work to be Tuesday, Thursday & Friday. We are looking for someone who possesses the ability to prioritise and handle large amounts of work.

Reporting to the Travel Manager, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
* Facilitate project Travel Inductions for project personnel.
* Further develop project Travel processes, procedures and tools for greater efficiency.
* Engage key stakeholders to develop and improve project Travel processes.
* Further develop relationship with CWT.
* Engage with HES to include their process and procedures in the travel process.
* Be available and flexible for afterhours travel bookings roster.
* Provide support to project personnel requesting travel.
* Coordinate and manage register of all project staff required to travel.
* Ensure all travel process requirements are met.
* Liaise with CWT to arrange flight, hotel and car bookings.
* Ensure timely issue of air tickets for all bookings.
* Provide advice and support to travellers requiring visas for entry to destination.
* Ensure bookings comply with ABU, Global and project Travel procedures.
* Engage with project Admin Assistant's and Supervisors to ensure awareness of team movements.
* Coordinate traveller requirements for amendments to itineraries when required.
* Manage the timely and accurate costing of all travel related expenses in TEA
* Manage all aspects related to project Travel Reservations
* Maintain register of flight bookings
* Reconcile all flight bookings to travel expenses incurred
* Liaise with Project Controls on appropriate coding for Travel Expenses
* Generate monthly allocation of Travel Expenses in TEA
* Provide Adhoc support to the project Finance Team
* Support maintenance of project costing structures.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* An exposure to corporate travel within the resources industry, corporate travel policies and procedures, accommodation log's knowledge of airline routes, ticketing and CWT experience would be an advantage.

* Initiative and ability to think outside the box to come up with alternative travel solutions is a must
