The Company:
Our client is one of the leading oil & gas construction companies in Azerbaijan. They are currently working on a construction of deep water jackets in the Caspian Sea.

The Role:

Manage air/train ticket and hotel bookings and provide related information to involved offices/people;
Assists personnel in completing travel forms and other business transactions pertaining to travel;
Arrange for transfer and accommodation for arriving or departing personnel;
Daily update of Personnel Movement register;
Coordinate with finance department to invoice travellers for personal travel costs, including following up the completion and verification of personal expense forms;
Assess requests for permits / consular VISAs and complete the procedures if required;
Collect, verify and process all invoices related to General Services function;
Cooperate with relevant HR functions to maintain Incomers’ Booklet up to date;
Supervise the space management (offices, common areas, warehouses, guesthouse and other facilities).

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in humanitarian studies
Work Experience: 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Languages: Azerbaijani (fluent), English (good), Russian is an advantage

Other skills/Certificates Required:

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, set priorities, and work both independently and in a team environment;
Stress resistant;
Professional oral and written communication skills; must be able to interact and communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization a high level of cultural sensitivity;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent customer service skills;
Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner;
Proficiency in Microsoft - Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Good planning and organizational skills;
Flexible to work odd hours and overtime if required.
