The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
The succesful candidate will be responsible for subsea equipment and pipelines design and construction activities associated with the Upstream development, including front-end engineering, detailed design, and interfaces with drilling and completions, facilities, downstream, commissioning, and operations.

Principle responsibilities will include:
• Coordination and collation of engineering deliverables, construction specifications, procurement, fabrication and testing specifications, execution philosophies, strategies and schedules associated with the trunkline crossings.
• Engineering direction of key design issues, including trunkline stabilisation at crossings, crossing/trench transitions, protection and installation constraints to ensure compatibility with intended construction methodologies.
• Engineering coordination of third party engineering studies, testing and engineering analysis required to verify crossing integrity for both
The Project's and third party pipelines.
• Interfacing with The Projects regulatory permitting and environmental compliance teams and timely delivery of input data to permitting activities.
• Coordination of key deliverables to be submitted for independent third party validation and interfacing with the regulator and validation contractor as part of the SSFP team
• Coordinating trunkline crossings internal assurance processes, and ensuring risk mitigation and cost management strategies are actioned and closed out effectively.
• Provision of support and direction with respect to development of crossing materials/equipment procurement packages and installation contracts associated with trunkline crossings.
• Close cooperation with the SSFP Construction team to ensure that the final trunkline crossing concepts are bothcost effective, practical and robust in terms of safe and timely execution.
• Oversight of the QA/QC elements of the scope
• Interface with Energy Technology Company (ETC) representatives to ensure appropriate subject matter expertise is applied to the scope
• Coordination of cost estimate and scheduling activities to ensure consistency and traceability across work scope
• Support project wide safety initiatives including development and implementation of an Incident & Injury free (IIF) culture and safety management planning.
• Seek out and apply best practices and lessons learned from other projects.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Degree qualified(Engineering/Marine/Mechanical)
Experience in a similar role is a must
Understanding of DNV codes and Pipeline design/installation methods Design and Construction of Large trunkline systems
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to manage engineering consultants to defined schedules and work collaboratively
