The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Description:
1. Lead facility Maintenance Strategy development and optimize the interface with other work processes.
2. Responsible for the safety, reliability, cost management, work process utilization, enhancement of the process/operating discipline, defining skills necessary for the work process and tracking/analyzing work process results.
3. Establish an annual and five-year maintenance budget plan consistent with the maintenance/reliability strategy and objectives plus the next two turnaround cycles for spending and asset capability forecasting.
4. Lead the maintenance function to achieve maintenance cost and asset availability goals through opportunity identification and leveraging of standard solutions.
5. Ensure effective resource allocation and support reliability expectations.
6. Responsible for process sustainability and results.
7. Function as the administrative leader of all maintenance resources.
8. Ensure full integration of work processes with reliability and maintenance involvement.
9. Execute the performance management system, including Competency Profiles, Employee Development, Deployment, and Compensation.


managerial Duties:
1. Direct and manage respective Divisions in performing their roles, responsibilities and delegated tasks.
2. Conduct performance evaluation reviews for direct reports, identify and ensure that they acquire the required managerial or functional skills and knowledge.
3. Provide input in setting the Department’s annual budget, in accordance with the Function’s strategic goals and objectives and manage to stay within approved budget.
4. Determine additional skills or individuals necessary to meet or exceed the set of objectives.
5. Create a productive and healthy work environment within the Department, and foster high attention to details and efficient knowledge transfer among employees.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Minimum Requirement:

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
2. 11-14 years In plant experience
