The Role:
Key Role Responsibilities include:
• Review Turnaround work-pack QA QC documentation for completeness and accuracy and populate tracking database (Pinnacle).

• Work-packs are produced for all turnaround work including:-
- Fixed equipment inspection and / or cleaning
- Cold work repairs
- Hot work repairs
- Projects
- Preventive maintenance tasks

• Documentation required to be pre-populated in packs includes:-
Primary Pinnacle Documents
- Completion of project, plant modification & maintenance work - equipment handover to operations (TR 595)
- Equipment Closure Certificates
- Hydro test certificates
- Nozzle and flange check lists
- Job completion certificates
- Instrument Package
- Outstanding work lists
Supplemental back up documents
- NDE Requests
- Weld Maps
- Instrument loop checks
- Atex certs.
- Calibration certs.
- Inspection advice notes

• Review QA QC systems for hand-back to operation and check packs are allocated to appropriate system. Ensure System Completion Certificates are pre-populated.

• Prepare and pre-populate Unit Handover Completion Certificates.

• Review Turnaround execution schedule to ensure QA QC steps are correct.

• Review contractor quality plans and ensure relevant documents are included in work packs and database.

• Assist with training of personnel seconded to the Turnaround to assist with QA QC during execution.

Pre TAR Execution and During TAR

• Monitor QA QC document completion and ensure database is updated and outstanding work is listed, ensure before start up and after start up items are identified and tracked.

• Ensure QA QC requirements for emergent / discovery work packs are complete and are added into the database.

• Compile and check system handover books prior to sign off by Unit Team leader.
