The Role:
The main responsibilities of the Turnover Administrative Assistant:

•Making on-boarding arrangements for the large number of expected contractors required to support turnaround events. This includes arranging for computers, GI account set ups, booking new contractors into site orientation, arranging supplies as required for new joiners.
•Supports the Turnaround Organization to ensure readiness for key activities such as planning, pre-work, execution and post-work
•Must be capable of working and communicating with a diverse group of people that includes department stakeholders, contract service vendors, offsite service vendors, general contractors and sub-contractors
•Provide general clerical duties that includes entering requisitions into CMMS system for parts/material and contract service requirements, document control through LiveLink/Sharepoint database, maintain component tracking records and produce daily status reports

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
The Turnover Administrative Assistant will have previous experience:

•Turnover phase and on boarding
•Microsoft Office Professional, Outlook, Visio, Visions
•Document control database – such as LiveLink or SharePoint
