The Role:
Day to day responsibilities involve but are not limited to:
• Review contract for QA deliverables;
• Monitor design process complies with corporate requirements;
• Monitor project change control process;
• Review project suppliers and subcontractors for approval status;
• Participate in kick off meetings with suppliers and subcontractors when requested;
• Carry out defined checks of selected Project data in accordance with Compliance Checklists
• Ensure planned deviations are documented and approved by the Corporate QA Manager;
• Review supplier and subcontractor Quality plans and ITP’s;
• Review and report status of Internal / External Design Reviews;
• Review and report status of Design change actions;
• Review and report status of Key TPI and Class surveys;
• Review and report status of Technical Queries;
• Review and report status of project records;
• Verify by audit that Supplier and Sub Contractor QC activities are implemented in line with the agreed ITPs, review on random basis QC records;
• Review supplier and subcontractor data books;
• Identify and recommend improvements to the Quality Management System.

Additionally, the candidate will be required to:
• Develop project audit schedule liaise regarding internal audits and conduct audits as required Internally and externally at Suppliers and subcontractors;
• Prepare Project QA Compliance Report on monthly basis in accordance with standard reporting format;
• Ensure unplanned deviations are brought to the attention of the respective Project Manager and the Corporate QA Manager for resolution;
• Develop and execute completions audits, prior to sail-away and pre-introduction of hydrocarbons;
• Prepare Project Quality Plan as a function of the Project Execution Plan and monitor its implementation;
• Present Quality Plan to key project personnel (QA Induction);
• Facilitate Criticality Assessment review meetings
