The Role:
The UCC/Title Paralegal will be responsible for managing documentation to support the UCC filing procedure as well as following established processes to ensure that proper records are kept for all newly installed systems.
Responsibilities
• Process UCC financing statement documentation and ensure accuracy of information.
• Execute reports.
• Filing management.
• Track and compile detailed status updates.
• Review title and refinancing documentation.
• Provide support to Sunnova’s customers.
• Manage communications with vendors.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience in administrative role OR equivalent degree
• Knowledge of UCC filings, refinancing, and titles
• Strong written and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Positive attitude
• Ability to interact with other departments
• PC skills; Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Flexible schedule
• Knowledge of contracts is helpful, but not required
• Ability to Multitask and perform other duties as assigned
• Salesforce.com experience is preferred
