The Role:
Primary Functions:

HSE
Champion agreed elements of Logistics HSE Management System.
Actively support all HSE efforts in UK logistics transportation, including any accident/incident investigation and delivery of HSEQ continuous improvements.
Ensure Management of Change principals & processes are applied on all Logistics Operational changes.
Conduct all business affairs professionally and in compliance with the companies stated ethical standards, procedures & processes.

Financial
SAP Requisitioning/Service entry work in relation to Logistics Operational matter.
Provide support to Logistics budget, accrual, cost reporting & forecasting, as required & in accordance with Cost Management System.
Provision of monthly Marine & Aviation resource allocations between customers.

Performance
Identify, develop and implement appropriate Logistics modeling tools to satisfy operational and legislative requirements.
Support development of the scopes of service for identified resource requirements, i.e. Aviation & Marine.
Development & reporting of Logistics Key Performance Indicators.
Develop & maintain communications/relationships with customer base for effective performance delivery of Logistics services including sharing/sublet opportunities & company interests.
Maintain/Amend as required UK Logistics Operating procedures.

People
Supervision of onshore Logistics OOC personnel tasks & priorities.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Offshore operational services supervision + proven operational Logistics Supervision supporting multiple remote locations.
Team Player, able to demonstrate good interpersonal & influencing skills. Has ability to bring out the best in a multi-disciplinary team.
Strong Health, Safety and Environmental ethic.
Problem Solving.
Results Orientated.
Strong communication, both verbal & written and interface skills (internal and external customers).

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP.
