The Role:
HSE
Conduct all business affairs professionally and in compliance with the companies stated ethical standards, procedures & processes.

Performance
Compliance with all relevant procedures and processes
Assist in development & reporting of Marine Transport key performance indicators
Maintain key logs – daily vessel activities, weather reporting
Co-ordination of vessel tank cleaning
Co-ordination of diesel & water bunkering status in consultation with marine co-ordinators
Co-ordination of CCU Registers
SAP Requisitioning/Service entry work in relation to Marine and Aviation matters
Provide support to Marine Transport budget, accruals, cost reporting & forecasting
Daily cost tracking and allocation of supply & standby vessel sharing
Holiday cover for Aviation and Marine
Aviation & Marine filing and scanning of documentation into LiveLink
Updating Vantage
Processing of Logistics related invoices following review and verification
Taking minutes of meetings from various Logistics Contract meeting with external parties
Organising meeting room bookings for Logistics team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
SAP
Microsoft Packages
