The Role:
< Activities>

• Participate to recruitment process of Construction team
• Manage Prefabrication Subcontractors qualification process
• Ensure appliance of the requirements within his team by setting on KPI’s regularly updated.
• Setup and manage a construction team which is highly motivated and works diligently to meet the project targets (HSE, Quality and Schedule).
• Participate actively to the constructability reviews organized by CTR and follow-up the actions register.
• Spend some time in Paris at early stage of the mobilization to meet and come to know the CPY and CTR engineering team. Proactively propose any optimization on the design to improve constructability.
• Reviews and comments the Contractor construction and pre-commissioning procedures. Clarify with the Contractor all the methods and services activities including lifting operations.
• Review all CTR periodic reports related to construction & pre-commissioning. Monitor production indicators and histograms to estimate the general trend of the construction. Identify potential risk of delay in the construction or pre-commissioning execution and formulates remedial actions.
• Liaises closely with Contractor supervisors for all constructions and pre-commissioning issues. Develop tools to follow-up all construction and pre-commissioning matters and make sure that the related actions are implemented. Continuously expedite the resolution of construction issues with the Contractor to meet schedule key dates.
• In close cooperation with the engineering team assists to preparation of answers to all Contractor query related to construction matters.
• Manage with his team inspections related to prefabrication subcontractors in various workshops in Korea and related to works performed on SHI Yard (except welding inspections managed by QC team).
• In close coordination with the CPY QC Team, raise, follow-up and close quality issues via quality observation cards or NCRs.
• Ensure proper coordination with the commissioning team in order to control the interfaces at RFC stage. This includes joint monitoring of Contractor RFC dossier and punch list clearance.
• Review and comment all documents and procedure issued for the load-out and sea fastening.
• Provide assistance to the installation during the load-out performance.
• Prepare and update on weekly basis reporting on his team activities and highlight to the management all are of concern which may impact either the quality or the delivery date of the deck.

< HSE Roles & Responsibilities >

• Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE Policies.
• Proactively intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report.
• Being “visible in the field” and “walking the talk” with HSE as a priority.
• Attend Project HSE meetings, training and inspection as when invited to.
• Consult HSE team in the execution and planning of key critical activities.
• Attend Safety tours and specific Inspections at least once a week.
• Ensure that HSE procedures & Policies are properly implemented.
• Monitor safety statistics, and initiate improvement plans. Ensure that all incidents and anomalies are properly reported and analyzed.
• Participate, carry out JSA and hazard reviews, communicate HSE notices and implement and follow up on corrective actions as required.
• Promote Contractor HSE management improvement’s and safe working practices
• Motivate Contractor, Sub Contractor and Company personnel in order to achieve HSE targets

• International and multi-cultural environment.
• Position permanently based in EPSCC1 Topsides contractor premises in Goeje, SHI yard, South Korea.
• Possible missions abroad.
• Possible extension of the mission in Norway during Hook-Up work offshore in 2016
• Scope: 3 modules built in SHI yard (Process: 10 000 T, Utility 10 000 T, Flare 2000 T)
• Will report to Head of UPF modules

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Large experience on similar topside at equivalent position.
• Familiar with NCS requirements (PSA/Norsok) and TOTAL SA General Specifications.
• English fluent.
• Offshore construction back-ground and experience with Korean yards.
• Professional Experience, min 15 years
• Experience within project : min 10 years
