The Role:
Upgrades Technical Sales Manager is responsible for leading and strategically growing Sales in Upgrades and Industrial Application in Asia Pacific region. Negotiate successfully the existing opportunities to meet his Operating Plan of Orders and Commitment of the current year, and create a solid pipeline of opportunities for the future. Must have strong rotating equipment machinery sales experience.

Essential Responsibilities
* boost growth for Upgrades and Industrial Application of Oil & Gas products portfolio
* Negotiation and closure of current opportunities
* Work together with Comp /Ops in strategy definition and implementation
* Identify opportunities to drive Orders and convertible opportunities.
* Devise and implement fast and effective market penetration strategies while meeting customer requirements.
* Fully integrate with HQ team and Functional support teams as well as other businesses to execute market strategy.
* Cultivate long-term relationships at all levels of customer organization.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
* Degree in Engineering/Business or equivalent technical discipline.
* Minimum 5+ years of commercial sales experience with proven track record.
* Knowledge of rotating equipment in the Power generation / O&G market, competitive, and project data.
* Deep technical knowledge of a wide range of O&G product: Gas turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Controls, Turboexpanders
Strong commercial experience in upgrades negotiation for Gas turbines, Centrifugal Compressors, Controls, Turboexpanders
* Strong communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively lead multi-functional team.
* Excellent English, written and oral
* Ability to communicate at all levels of customer organization and within company.
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Creative, Self-starter and integrity driven.
* Able to multi-task / handle several proposals at one time.
