The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
An opportunity has become available for an Upstream Contracts Administrator to assist our client's Upstream Contracts Team in administering contracts through pre-FEED and FEED phases. Responsibilities will include:

• Provision of e general contractual / commercial support to Contracts Advisor or Lead Contractors Advisor to prepare contractual correspondence on routine contractual / commercial
• Support finalization of contracts (conforming contract documents) for contract award
• Contract administration support in accordance with processes and procedures (development of templates, completion of contract forms and contract filing as examples)
• Tracking of governance requirements for contract approvals under Joint Operating Agreements (JOA’s)
• Administration support during post award using the contracts management system (ProCon)
• Support issuing work requests, tracking approvals and monitoring spend on contracts in the eProcurement system (ARIBA)
• Maintenance of correspondence logs
• Liaising with Finance & Project Controls on invoice queries if required
• General administration and office support to the contracts team

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following:

• Diploma or certificate in contracts or business studies
• At least 2 to 3 years relevant experience in industry (oil and gas is a preference) and/or major capital projects
• Administration strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, commitment to team work, adherence to company processes and procedures

Position duration is 12 months, working a 9 hour day.
