The Role:
JOB PURPOSE:
Act as the Company Operational Representative during FEED and Detail Design for extensive deepwater offshore gas gathering system and inlet facilities feeding LNG plant and facility infrastructure.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operability and Maintainability Design Reviews and Approvals of subsea architecture (Plot Plan, Equipment and Building Layout, Processes, P&ID’S, PFD’S, HAZOP’S, HAZID’S, 3D Model, control narrative)
• Participate in Design Risk Assessments
• Participate in Reliability and Maintainability (RAM) Modeling
• Review and Approve Specifications and Standards
• Participate in Equipment, Graphics & Control FAT’S
• Input to Equipment Test Strategy
• Full EHS Engagement on Regulatory Compliance & Facility Safety issues
• Chemical, Catalyst, and Consumable Compatibility Evaluation
• Participate and Approval of Commissioning and Start-Up Plan (include Vendor Support/Training)
• Advising on commissioning and operational spare parts requirements
• Assist in development of training simulator
• Review handover criteria for subsea and completions
• Implement alarm limits etc in HMI and assist with interlock configurations
• Develop Operating and Maintenance Manuals
• Participate in Constructability Reviews
• Approve Equipment Tagging Specification
• Plan Operating and Maintenance Documentation

KEY AREAS
• Inlet facilities – gas and condensate handling
• Inlet facilities – MEG reclaim, storage and injection
• Subsea pipelines, manifolds and controls
• Wells and trees
• Pigging
• Chemical injection
• Buildings (CCR, Operator Shelters, Substations, chemical storage and delivery , Administration,)

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:
• 20 years experiences in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Petroleum, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering degree desirable. High School degree will be acceptable if Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experiences are met.
• Experience in operation of extensive deepwater gas gathering systems
• Knowledge of flow assurance issues in particular hydrate formation and mitigation
• Knowledge of MEG hydrate inhibitor systems including storage, reclaim and operational issues
• Familiar with Digital Control Systems (DCS) operation and Graphics design
• Experience in Systems Completion Activities (pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Should have broad industry operations experience
• Strong planning skills
• Must have people skills, good verbal and written communication and listening
