The Company:
Our Client is an International Company involved in the supply of Energy globally. Their Operations cover Exploration, Production and Downstream and at present they have projects in over 25 Countries worldwide.
In Australia they are involved in one of the Country's largest LNG Projects, including both Gas and Condensate which is currently in Execution Stage.

The Role:
An Opportunity is available for a EPCI Quality Coordinator to assist with the final phases of the project and to join the URF (Umbilical, Risers & Flowlines) team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Delivery, installation and commissioning of compliant and validated subsea equipment and materials.

Key Technical Deliverables
• Expedite and deliver compliant EPCI contractor verification close out reports as required for the URF scope
• Ensure compliance with engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of URF Contractor activities.
• URF Quality Management and Verification Check Plans
• EPCI Contractor and vendor management system compliance /product audits
• Participate in pre-inspection meetings at Site
• Co ordinate the issue of inspection assignments as required for EPCI supply of Flexibles, Umbilical’s, Subsea Valves and other EPCI purchased items.
• Co ordinate the multi discipline team of inspectors monitoring fabrication of Subsea Structures, Riser Support Structure, Flow lines, Spool base operations, Tie in Spools manufacture, Subsea Launcher Receiver, Mid Water Arches and Installation aids and other EPCI supply items.
• Engage with Package Engineers to ensure all packages meet specified requirements

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in engineering, metallurgy or physical sciences

Critical Skills and Capabilities
• Recognized QA and QC endorsements and industry memberships
• Intimate knowledge of oil & gas subsea equipment including umbilical, flexible risers, Rigid CRA flow-lines, subsea structures and subsea production systems.
• Intimate knowledge of oil & gas industry codes and standards.
• Knowledge of NDT, AUT, welding and metals manufacturing processes
• Knowledge of criticality assessment processes and their application to supply chain quality management

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Key Experiences Requirements
• Minimum 15 years experience in the application of quality assurance and quality control for oil & gas EPCI projects
• Extensive experience in the manufacture of URF and related materials and equipment to international standards
• Extensive experience in the engineering, procurement, manufacture, installation and commissioning of offshore subsea facilities.
• Knowledge of Australian offshore regulatory validation processes.
• Experience in interacting with EPCI contractors including the implementation of verification processes.
• Experience with Valves and Connectors is a major bonus. Ideally dealing with European contractors.
