The Company:
Our client is a Multinational Chemical company which will construct, own and operate a world-scale integrated chemicals complex in Saudi Arabia. Once completed, the complex will represent the largest petrochemical facility ever built in a single phase. Our client will establish a world-scale manufacturing footprint that delivers a full range of value-added, performance products destined for the emerging markets of Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa.

The Role:
Key Responsibilities:

The User Experience Designer will be working as part of the Digital organization responsible for the overall user experience of the digital channels including the internal portal, collaboration tools and public facing website.

The user experience designer will work with teams across the organization to recommend data driven improvements to the digital channels from a design, implementation and maintenance perspective.

Works with and challenges the Analytics team to identify improvement opportunities for the Portal and the website

Prepares and facilitates data driven website improvements with regard to the design, including: user flows, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Degree in User System Interaction Design/ Human Computer Interaction or equivalent.
• 5 years+ experience with user experience design
• UX project management
• User research and requirements analysis
• Experience with facilitating stakeholder workshops, co-creation workshops
• Experience in Service design, multi-channel user experience mapping, proof of concepts, information architecture and interaction design, wireframes, prototypes, web analytics, usability, conversion optimization testing (A/B, MVT),
• Knowledge of web technologies and content management platforms such as SiteCore and SharePoint
• Ability to get things done in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders and interested parties
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, credible and enthusiastic team player
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment and to work effectively in a global environment
