The Company:
Our Client is a world leading Automotive OEM which is responsible for some of the most iconic 4x4's & Sports Cars produced. Due to the huge demand for current models and substantial investment in future projects there is a requirement for more resources across the business in engineering & manufacturing on a contract basis.

The Role:
Homologation Fleet Coordinator To consolidate and maintain tracking of all vehicles ordered by Engineering or markets for Certification and Homologation purposes. To use corporately available systems and act as the focal point in the UK for the Certification and Homologation team for vehicle whereabouts and present and planned use. Establish, control and update vehicle use information for each project (vehicle/MY programme) as assigned by management. Act as liaison with Marketing and markets to harvest required information and with plants (New Model Programmes and others to progress chase vehicle orders to fulfilment. Input into routine and ad-hoc programme status reviews and actively engage with Vehicle Programme teams to ensure that identified, foreseen vehicle requirements are recognised and effectively communicated.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
*Ability to communicate to within and outside of the company, recognising that the role is not always popular with the engineering community but having sufficient force of character to ensure that the message of vehicle requirements is understood.
* Able to play an active role in programme teams and within the department team ensuring that team principles are applied with a positive view on desired outcomes.
*Input in meetings where issues of vehicle availability are reviewed, ensuring that desired outcomes are known and where abouts of vehicles is recorded and available for review.
* Making sure that commitment is gained from markets, marketing, engineering, programme and New Model Launch community to order and deliver vehicles in line with product Creation System timing.
* Fully PC literate

Ability to organised data and information in a logical and precise manner promptly with minimal supervision along with clear communication skills both written and spoken are key. Any

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Organise work to ensure that deadlines are met and there is robust monitoring of the deliverables such that any risks are identified in good time allowing management escalation as required.

GCSE/O'level standard, including English and Maths.
