The Company:
An international EPC Company involved in LNG and Mining Projects.
The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Vendor Services Administrator. This is a Perth based role, 5 months contract.
Your key responsibilities will be:
• Support Vendor Services Manager & Vendor Services Management Team as required
• Monitor & report errors of data entry in the excel database
• Monitor functional mailbox and assist in sorting, filing and rerouting incoming email traffic
• Collect, distribute and file VSM timesheets
• Issue Vendor Services status reports, schedule snapshots and other information as requested by end users
• Perform general administration schedule meetings and take minutes of meetings
• Regular update of the documentation on the Vendor Services portal
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
• Proven document control background
• Good knowledge of excel interface
• Ability to work with minimum guidance
• Previous experience in Oil & Gas industry preferred
