The Role:
• Provide Verification regime process and Regulatory compliance support to SNS Operations and Assets
• Manage SNS Verification and Examination schemes (VES) in accordance with company procedures and relevant regulations, e.g. OSCR, COMAH, PFEER, DCR
• Manage the Small Projects/Modifications Verification process for compliance with the OSCR
• Manage the delivery of the SCE Status and KPIs to leadership
• Manage interface with ICP
• Provide leadership to ensure VES programs are fully implemented, continuously improved and, where required, SCE impairments are addressed in compliance with the VES
• Co-ordinate ICP offshore survey visits and onshore audits with ICP ensuring SNS verification requirements are executed as per plan
• Proactively manage ICP to ensure verification service provisions are delivered in a timely manner
• Manage the Verification process for Projects and Modifications
• Act as a single point of contact for the ICP / Asset TA relationship ensuring the timely closure of all ICP actions
• Manage the project being undertaken by Lloyd’s Register to update the SNS VES and associated Performance Standards
• Act as Single Point of Contact with Projects ensuring that Verification Scheme updates and additions are managed, approved and fully integrated with the existing SNS VES
• Facilitate or Chair Safety Critical Element Impairment Risk Assessments (SCEIRA) and Safety Critical Element Deferral Risk Assessments (SCEDRA)
• Manage the ICP VES actions, SCEIRA and SCEDRA registers and actively communicate SCE status to SNS leadership
• Review Technical and Procedural Queries to ensure impact on SCE are understood, assessed and verified
• Manage Close-Out Workpack review cycle and communicate status to SNS leadership
