The Role:
Manage the day to day activities and long term growth of the company operations, establishing the company’s regional market presence & leadership.

You will be based at the corporate office in London, and will need to liaise closely with other offices and joint venture partners..
You will be required to continue building strong sales, support and a geoscience technical team, and will be responsible for meeting set budgets
and Profile and Loss of all EMEA operations.

As EMEA continues to expand, the ability to develop a positive growth culture & encourage staff retention is key. This will involve providing direction
and mentoring to all EMEA staff and implementing successful staff recruitment initiatives.

This role will position on the Senior Management Team and provide opportunities to shape the future business. The successful applicant will be
well rewarded as global expansion continues.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Earth Science degree, preferably in Geology or Geophysics
Business qualifications (MBA) are beneficial
Significant & relevant industry experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Extensive commercial solutions & negotiating skills
Strong leader & proven team player
Knowledge of team development techniques & processes
Relevant understanding of UK & International HR & Labour laws
Willingness to travel
