The Role:
• Drive a measurable increase in full azimuth angle domain imaging and characterization (services – Ensuring a consistency of messaging to the industry
• Develop and continuously refine a full range of geophysical services with emphasis and focus on differentiating and high-value technology offerings (Accuracy, Efficiency, Stability and Usability)
• Define and continuously refine technical requirements and improvements to execute on business plan. Communicate this plan regularly to Product Management and R&D.
• Develop a more predictable service business by establishing business relationships with a select group of key companies that seek value-add service over traditional offerings
• Work with account managers and RVP’s to better understand how to sell and close service opportunities
• Educate account managers and marketing on the value propositions of targeted service business
• Develop a service model that drives software sales and adoption
• Build proper services positioning by combining multi service Lines of Business into one high value approach.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the oil & gas industry as a practicing reservoir geologist, geophysicist or engineer
• Understanding of oil company needs and requirements for all major classes of assets – Deep water, unconventional, structural plays, clastics, development fields, etc.
• Track record of running an embedded services organization within a technical software company.
• Experience in business transformation.
