The Role:
Area : Leadership and talent development, Culture & People Development Division, People Group

Report to : Head of Culture & People development

Summary Job Purpose:

Shall manage the team, drive development and execution of world class people development agenda within the areas of 1) Leadership development 2) Talent and expert management 3) Strategic capability management and 4) General training, so that at any time secure a solid foundation of skills, capabilities and talents enabling the success in our running business as well as supporting the transformation according to the company’s strategy.
Principal Accountabilities :
 Manage and develop the team and each team member individually in order to enhance both the team results and each individual results.
 Develop and drive a Leadership development agenda targeted at all people leaders in the company, securing a continuous development of individual leadership qualities according to defined competency model and identified specific needs.
 Develop and drive a talent management program including management of a talent pool to secure an enhanced development track and sustainable pipeline of leadership talents according to our talent strategy
 Coordinate, develop and drive a strategic capability development agenda to close identified gaps in close collaboration with local capability owners and global strategic capability team, to secure an overview of all capability areas and drive agreed capability improvement activities.
 Develop and drive a skill development agenda covering general soft skill areas identified and prioritized at any time targeted at all employees in securing enhancement of the general skill level in the company
 Together with the Culture & People Development Leadership Team drive a consistent development of the learning agenda and learning methodologies to secure the best possible learning results in the most efficient and inspiring way supporting our strategic agenda and people ambition.
 Collaboration with Global Group units and stakeholders within the area of responsibility or on People group’s behalf
 Manage and drive division common tasks allocated on behalf of the C&PDLT.

Qualifications :
 Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields
 At least 10 years of relevant experience, which of minimum 5 years as a line manager; preferably within training, leadership development, managing talent and expert development, succession programs and general soft skill development with proven records
 Good team leader being able to spark a winning spirit, seeing both the individuals in the team as well as the whole team to drive for excellent results
 Good facilitation, collaboration and communication skills
 Excellent command of English both written and spoken
 Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, logical thinking, interpersonal and presentation skills
 Showing attitudes well in line with Telenor Way, and leadership attitudes in particular
