The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
Responsible for the development and implementation of the following Facilities Engineering (FE) Information Management elements associated with; Facilities Engineering:
• Support development and implementation of an Engineering IM Strategy throughout THE CORPORATE (inc. engineering data and CAD management)
• Provide subject matter expertise to Engineering IM projects and THE CORPORATE customers
• Develop and implement key Engineering IM processes, supporting business controls and tools; including deployment and training to customers
• Monitoring & support where required for ongoing EIM operational process activities
• Monitoring processes directly associated with FE Information Management activities, including ongoing liaison with Engineering Service Provider focal points
• Support the development and management of identified activities included within the IM Work Request process
• Coordination of scope associated with remedial action and rationalisation activities, including monitoring the activities associated with continual improvement to the Engineering Master Data Repositories
• Support development of secure and usable Information Management technologies and tools (inc. DMS & collaboration tools)
• Support development and Implementation of a robust mechanism that ensures Engineering information associated with/ impacted by the Engineering change (MOC) process is managed in a manner that is visible and supports continued completeness and integrity of the Engineering Information set, inc: - Coordination, capture and tracking - Review and approval process (inc. demonstration of Technical authority endorsement) - Red line mark-up, project document (planned change) and work pack management - As-building process activities • Facilitation of EIM process review / refresher forums
• Coaching and Mentoring
• Proactively encourage continuous improvement and consistent Information Management and promote the broader use of online collaborative working methods
• Ensuring there is regular monitoring and reporting to THE CORPORATE IM Coordinator
• Ongoing communication and promotion of Engineering and Operations IM processes, standards and best practice
• Monitoring FE Information Management activities to ensure they are progressed in a timely fashion
• Ensuring OEIM compliance & support activities and training, inclusive of MOC processes are maintained
• Direction and guidance to, and coordination of, key activities undertaken by Engineering IM backfill Analyst IM Project Directly responsible for contributing to IM project activities, inclusive of ongoing liaison with MCP, to ensure long term goals of both IM operational processes and project activities are achieved;
• Supportive in the development of Information Management Technologies and Tools - Document Control Tool project - DMS Refresh Project
• Provision of liaison & support when required to the development and implementation of an EIM strategy & processes within MCP to support long term operational requirements
• Coordination and monitoring the upgrade to the THE CORPORATE Drafting Standard Process
• Coordination and monitoring Engineering Information Legacy Data Remedial Activities People and Teams
• Attend and contribute to fortnightly IM team meeting
• Attend and contribute to fortnightly EIM team meeting
• Attend and contribute to Field Operations FE team fortnightly meetings
• Lead IM familiarisation sessions, workshops, presentations, lunch n’ Learn type sessions as required • Lead Engineering IM Team Meetings when required
• Builds excellent relationships with FE Stakeholders and Information Owners
• Attend and contribute to Monthly IM meeting with FE Engineering Service Provider
• Attends and contribute to THE CORPORATE department and team meetings as required
• Contribute and attend IM Project and initiative meetings as required
• Contribute and attend Member of The company IM network meetings

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Tertiary Qualification in an Information Management related discipline preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within the Exploration and Production industry
Surface Equipment Information Management Document Management, General IM Business Analysis, ECM Tools and MS Office proficiency, Knowledge of development and implementation of IM Business Controls Communication, Liaison, Consultation, Presentation, Attention to detail, Positive Attitude, Workload Prioritization Aptitude, Problem solving, Introduction of Change, Ability to work under pressure
