The Role:
• Responsible for coordinating between construction contractors and commissioining team for agreed turnover walkdown schedule.
• Responsible for coordinating between Commissioining and Operations for agreed handover walkdown schedule.
• Responsible for coordinating the liquidation, monitoring, audit of punchlist clearance and implementation of punchlist procedures to construction contractors.
• Attend blue room meeting with construction contractors for inclusion in MC progress and schedule.
• Coordinate walkdown personnel for turnover and handover walkdowns.
• Liaise with Operations to notify them of up-coming handover walkdowns.
• Preparation of handover walkdown packs.
• Prepare 14 day walkdown look-ahead.
• Receive turnover walkdown packages from construction contractor and distribute to relevant discipline lead.
• Ensure liquidation of punchlist work in accordance with the Commissioning handover schedule.
• Ensure a continuous validation process of punchlist clearance is in operation.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• 5+ years of Project Completion and Operations experience.
• Supervisory experience, with ability to organize and plan.
• Proficient with MS Office suite of software programs and Systems Completions Database (Orbit).

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong understanding of project execution, engineering, construction, commissioning & completion practices.
• Strong understanding of work planning, scheduling and tracking.
• Expert technical skills and judgment.
