The Company:
Our Client appears in the FTSE 100 index and is an international energy services company specializing in Oil and Gas and has annual revenues of over £2.6 billion. They believe that it is the people that drive their success, from Project Managers, Project Engineers, consultants to designers and commercial personnel. They work globally employing over 20,000 people on major operations including the UK.

The Role:
Key member of our Client's Project P&M Team who will be responsible for the warehouse materials activities associated to the Project. Will interface with our Client's Project P&M Supervisor, Buyer's, Material Controller's and the Fabrication Co-ordinator. Key activities include, Receive Supplier Delivery Notes from goods inward staff, Print PO from Maximo, Check receipt against Delivery Note / PO, Check goods which have test cert requirement, Label up items and locate in shipping / hold locations. Yard shipments include, arrange the use of cranes, being present for the loading of Containers etc to ensure all the items loaded for next sailing and in an order that suits our requirements / offshore. Collate "shipped delivery notes", mark-up with container numbers, attach to manifest and e-mail to our Client's office. Check Project backloads, process equipment, paperwork as required and e-mail details to our Client's office.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Good all round knowledge within a Materials environment including warehousing and logistics awareness. Experience with Materials Management Computerised Systems

• Must comply with all company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures

• Good all round experienced materials controller within a warehouse environment with sound understanding of current industry standards, client and company procedures & policies. Competent of accurate reporting and updatiing our Client's Materials Management System from the Client System
