The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia. The Role:
For our client we are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for a 12 month contract, Perth based. In this position you will be involved in the following activities:

• Planning activities include engagement with stakeholders, defining requirements, identifying resources required, developing plans, and provision of project support during execution and review lessons learnt. Responsible for planning activities to support operations with a particular emphasis on consolidation and preparation of materials/freight in Perth.
• Operational activities include engagement with stakeholders, scheduling, load planning, QT inspection and remediation, chain of responsibility and supervision of contractors in daily execution of all operational tasks. Responsible for providing safe, reliable and efficient material movement services.
• Responsible for supporting the Supervisor in daily management of the contractors.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, you will have:
• 5 Plus years’ experience in Materials management
• Dangerous Goods Awareness and Certification (Air, Sea and Road) Load Restraint Certification Class C Driving License
• Excellent communication skills in order to communicate and liaise with multiple stakeholders and supplier points of contact in order to define, plan and execute requirements for the end to end movement of materials and freight through the Supply Chain.
• Excellent attention to detail ensuring that all planning activities meet customers’ requirements having consideration to contingency planning.
• ERP System experience (JDE preferred)
