The Role:
Responsible for the safety performance, profitability and development

Provide the necessary level of operational management and direction that will ensure maximum utilisation of resources and the delivery of Service Level Agreements

Demonstrate at all times good leadership and guidance as part of the Operations Team.

Maintain good internal and external relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers

Maximise the service and profitability of Base Operations.

Promote a high level of safety awareness, demonstrating leadership and commitment.

Contribute to the budgeting process, maintaining improvements

Monitor and control operational performance continuously with equal regard to safety, health, quality, environment and service.

Manage resources in the most efficient, cost effective and safe method, liaise closely internal departments / other Base Operations to maximise resources.

Ensure continuous development and employment of new technology to maximise operations.

Report on medium term and long term financial and operational outlooks.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Good Oil and Gas Industry Knowledge.
Previous Experience and Forklift Licence up to 12 Ton.
Previous Experience and Banksman Slinger Certificate.
Previous Experience using MS Office, Excel. Word.
Communication and leadership skills.
IOSH Managing Safety.
COSHH and Manual Handling.
Excellent Man Management
Risk Assessment Knowledge
Knowledge of FPAL
Operational Experience Essential
Minimum 3 – 5 years Experience
