The Company:
Major operator is seeking a Warehouse Specialist for a long term opportunity based in Dumas, TX.

The Role:
1. Ensure that all materials management activities follow the correct HSSE procedures and that all personnel working or visiting the facility utilize the appropriate PPE. Ensure JSEAs are completed prior to any lift operations, any unusual lifting or moving operations, or activities which may present a hazardous operations opportunity.
2. Provide support which aligns with company policy, procedures and best practices.
3. Maintain security at storage buildings and yards.
4. Maintain a clean and orderly facility.
5. Safely operate material handling equipment to support the load and unload of materials and equipment.
6. Physically receive materials, validate quantities received with shipping documents and complete goods receipts transactions in the materials management system.
7. Conduct inventory replenishment on items with planned stock balances. Make suggestions for adjustments to min/max balances as required.
8. Manage stock control and preservation of all materials and equipment, including inventory replenishment and stocking levels, including physical audits.
9. Coordinate outsourcing or repairable materials and track quantities and location.
10. Staging and kitting of materials and equipment as required to fill work orders.
11. Provide reports as requested on inventory balances.
12. Identify obsolete and slow moving materials. Work with Field Material Coordinators to determine disposition plan.
13. Insure maintenance requirements for material handling equipment is planned and completed as required.
14. Expedite materials and maintain awareness of material status, vendor issues/delays and proactively work with Planners to identify and understand potential delays/impacts to maintenance/project schedule.
15. Issue Service and Material Purchase Orders per the P2P guidelines
16. Single Point of Contact for Work Flow Issues

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
Qualifications/Experiences:
1. 2+ years of first-hand experience in materials management, material control processes, and warehouse functions
2. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
3. Exposure to E&P operations and materials used in these operations (production, drilling and completions)
4. Proven track record of commitment to HSSE
5. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with others and support a team based working environment
6. Excellent communication skills
7. Forklift Experience
8. Experience in SAP and Maximo preferred
9. Skilled in MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
