The Company:
Oil and gas company (our client) is urgently looking for Warehouseman

Candidates must have eligibility to work in RF. Fluent Russian & English.

Daily oversight of Procurement warehouse operations, primarily in materials management and direct supervision of assigned contract warehouse personnel. Stewardship includes the management of storage facilities, onsite inventories and transaction processes required to support operations. Primary responsibilities are in support of the site business

The Role:
•Provide leadership in day to day warehouse operations through effective communications, coaching, training and development
•Ensure effective safety, security and controls performance that meets the global standard
•Ensure personnel safety and safe operation requirements are met
•Ensure inventory management activities are performed in compliance with established procedures
•Oversight and stewardship of warehouse personnel in all aspects of warehouse operations - goods receiving, issuing, storage, return and other basic warehouse functions
•Maintain inventory integrity and ensures that it is available for immediate use at appropriate timing and locations
•Administrative activities: Timesheet management, Metrics stewardship and reporting, stock replenishment approvals, goods/services approvals, review controls reports, etc.
•Communicate regularly with the Business Unit Supervisors / Management to assess warehouse performance and develop action plans to continually improve on performance to meet clients’ objectives
•Represent general Purchase to Pay interests with local Business Unit Management
•Develop and conduct Plant and Procurement Management presentations / communications
•Perform ongoing personnel performance assessment and counseling
•Manage operating budgets
•Manage compliance of local, state and federal regulations.
•Monitor performance and efficiency measures via Key Performance Indicators.
•Conduct incident and Near Misses investigation, reporting and follow up all incidents / accidents and near misses
•Special projects as assigned
•Employee is responsible for conscientious performance of his/her duties in accordance with Russian Labor Code

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
•Demonstrated ability to lead people by example and achieve results
•Univeristy Degree and at least 2 years of equivalent supervisory experience
•Familiarity with SAP R/3 and general warehousing technologies
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills to effectively interface with all organizational levels
•Must be proficient in Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
•Must have strong analytical skills and controls awareness
•Must be knowledgeable in Warehouse Management / Materials Distribution and Inventory Control requirements / basic standards.
•Fluent English, both written and verbal.
