The Role:
 To manage operations and maintenance of the field Waste Management assets MJ15 Waste facility and STP
 To manage operations during clean up exercises of the legacy Wastes
 To manage maintenance and timely replenishment of the Oil Spill Response equipment in field
 Ensure all operation is fully in line with SIPD regulation and strategy.
 Act as Company site representative for the Waste Management part of the facilities Operate and Maintenance contract
 Oversee all Waste collection, segregation and treatment/storage activities executed by the assigned waste management contractor under the facilities operate and maintain contract.
 Ensure implementation of al contractual requirements as specified in the Waste Management part of the Operate and Maintenance contract. .
 Maximize training, development and employment opportunities for local nationals and community staff

 Oversee daily Waste management operations provided by contractors
 Optimize segregation at source and collection of Wastes
 Ensure equipment technical integrity remains ensured
 Work with various HSE rep. in field to ensure waste management HSE regulations are in place and followed
 Propose improvement to the operation and maintenance of Waste management in general and Waste collection and handling
 Maintain and report on agreed KPI for Waste management facilities and costs.
 Accountable for proper HSE management within the Waste management and associated collection, storage and treatment facilities.
 Notify, investigate and follow-up HSE incidents arising from Waste management related activities
 Participate in (HSE) facility inspections.
 Participate in asset-level HSE audits. Ensure actions assigned to the section are followed-up and
closed out.

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
 HND or OND in Environment and Oil industry
 Arabic and English language
 Minimum of 5 years experience in environmental and oil industry and preferable experienced in Waste management
 PC skill in managing soft copies of Waste tracking notes, monthly payments and monthly reporting regarding Waste management
 Contract management
 Communication skills
 High personal integrity
