The Role:
The Analytics Lead will become an integral part of the organization, working closely with the senior management to understand the business priorities, provide solution around (web) Analytics.

• The Analytics Lead is responsible for coordinating Web Analytics initiatives and aligning these initiatives to the business strategy.
• The Analytics Lead is the linking pin between content owners, the Analytics team, IT, and management.
• This role is responsible for prioritizing, supporting and monitoring analytical initiatives and ensuring sufficient capacity is available.
• Besides this, the role supports in transferring actionable insights to content owners, IT and management

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Experience including significant experience of working in a web analytics or online marketing coordination role
• Has recent experience with the implementation of web analytics applications in an enterprise environment (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics), preferably in the role as scrum master or solution architect
• Experience in integrating analytics for SharePoint 2013 and/or SiteCore is a plus
• Able to get things done in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders and interested parties
• Experience with managing teams would be an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills – including ability to display a range of communication approaches for diverse community needs.

• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and growing business environment and to work effectively in a global environment
